I am Jasper, 30 years old and I am a computing and engineering bachelor.
I’m part of an amazing development team at Vanderlande, where I’m a software developer working with C#. My main focus when coding is quality and readability, and I’m experienced in a broad range of subjects (Software design, testing, UI, simulation, multithreading, networking and more).
My passion for programming can be traced back to my pre-professional days. Where, even as an elementary school student I could be found on the computer creating computer games. The reason? There is just no feeling like being able to think something up, create it, and then see how others enjoy it.
Outside the office, I’m a contributor to the Code Project and there is always a project I’m working on. When I’m not coding I like to write on my philosophy blog, make and edit video’s, can discuss theoretical physics for hours and if you challenge me to a board game, I won’t say no. I can also frequently be found in the gym and travel when I can.
